Dear friends,
During my morning moving meditation practice, I was envisioning everyone who would join, and en-join embodiment. The Zen Center itself is carpeted, not ideal necessarily for a full out dance class, but this will actually be more like a “full in” – a going full in to your embodiment, and letting the movement flow from the truth of the moment.
So I did my whole practice sitting in a chair, and enjoyed every moment adapting the movements, and discovering new horizons of expression because of the self-imposed “limitation”. This is what I wish to offer to everyone who joins, whether in person or online, the experience of transcending your own self-imposed limitations and discovering new horizons of expression and freedom in your body.
